Career Services supports the professional development of each student through various workshops, small group sessions and one-on-one advising appointments designed to ensure the development of strong resume writing skills, as well as interviewing and networking competencies needed to aid in the transition from active student to highly qualified professional.
Mandatory workshop and topics introduced include:
Resume Building Workshop
Networking and interview skills
Classroom to Career Exit Workshop
These workshops are scheduled throughout the enrollment but are available during specific times within specific programs. All students, regardless of career path, must attend these workshops and complete detailed exit procedures prior to qualifying for graduation.
By providing these services, Career Services ensures that students are prepared to transition from their academic pursuits to professional careers and equipped to thrive as highly qualified professionals in their chosen fields.
