What is an all-digital library?
An all-digital library is a collection of electronic books and holdings of other types of materials. You can access them online and never enter a physical space to conduct transactions. The digital materials will automatically be returned on the due date to prevent late fees or fines.
Who is eligible to register for a BiblioTech library card?
Residents, taxpayers, and employees of Bexar County are eligible to register for a BiblioTech library card. Registration is free, and all of the resources are free for registered users.
If you do not reside within Bexar County and you are a student or staff member at Hallmark University, you are also eligible to register. To register while you are a student or staff member at Hallmark University, input Hallmark University's address when asked for an address or location.
Selecting a Branch:
When asked to select a branch in the registration process, select "BiblioTech Outreach Event." Hallmark University holds BiblioTech Outreach events as part of our HU Library services to increase our student and staff resources and awareness. If you would like to inquire about an upcoming library program, contact the Librarian.
